Understand your Bot

In order to be successful one must understand how to operate certain tools and what they are used for. Sneaker resellers use bots to help acquire as many shoes as possible. A sneaker bot is a program that is made to help users purchase products as soon as they are released. Behind the scenes, these online bots use JavaScript coding to enter a website and automate actions[2]. JavaScript has a significant role in web applications. These types of scripts are used to communicate with the users and servers. These programs are complex pieces of software that require different frameworks and tools to automate these scripts. Basically, the program is used to create the main feature of “auto checkout.” The purpose of utilizing JavaScript's for a sneaker bot is to allow a customer to checkout a product or make multiple purchases fast[2]. Therefore, many features must be present to achieve this goal.

One of the top rated bots on the market The AIO bot (“All in one bot”) provides the flexibility of accessing many different stores. It provides multithreading technology which will support multitasking. These features and many others, listed in the table below, are what make the bot sustainable[2].

Once the user gets an idea of how the bot operates, you need to setup proxies. Setting up proxies will allow you to have multiple ip addresses and use them to enter different websites. A proxy is basically like showing up to a business as the same person, but with a different disguise. Therefore, you will be able to bypass the one purchase per customer rule[1].

Understanding how the program works is essential because the user will be able to modify and activate the program better. There are a wide range of capabilities that the bot can do, but to ensure a higher success rate,  the user has to understand how to use the tools that are provided.
